The staff was great, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but in need of some serious updates. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Our room was next to ice machine. People were using the ice machine all night long and it kept us awake. There was no table in the room for kids to eat or color. The pool was nice and the water temp was great.

The shower could have been more modern. It was a little hard to regulate the water temperature.

The manager was very nice. The rooms were cleaned every day. I liked the note left by the cleaning staff to wish us a nice day.

This hotel was very bad. The room we had was awful.

The tub had mold growing around the edges as well as the sink. The room had a very bad smell. We were not happy with this hotel at all. When we went to back to the office, we had to argue just to get our money back. They still tried to charge a cancellation fee.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
