Knights Inn Fayetteville Motel

I recentley had the chance to stay at the Knights Inn at Fayetteville and I have to tell you i was very shocked and happy with the service i recieved. The staff was kind and cleaned the room each day at 12 and the front desk manager was very nice and helpful with any questions. What really suprised me was the Police officer working there, Lt. Williams left a great impression on me and my family. He was very professional and when dealing with a intoxicated female he was very kind and understanding and even helped her to get a ride home without causing a scene. he was constantly out on the lot making sure things was quiet and safe and it made for a easy safe stay at the hotel. Management shoud be commended on how quiet the hotel was at night considering the clubs around the area.

Our College softball team stayed here the night before a tournament and we were all very disgusted by this hotel. We rented 6 rooms and all were very dirty. In two of the rooms we found roaches crawling on the beds and walls. The sheets in the beds were dirty, the showers were covered with hair, dirt, and mildew. The room I stayed in had not been cleaned and there was still a childs toy in the room. People partied all night and I would not recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY!

This hotel, located right across from a gentlemen's club, is not a place I ever wish to stay again.

From 12 - 4 am, our neighbors partied outside very loudly. We asked the front desk to get them to quiet down, but nothing was done.

Also, our toilet leaked. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Its Amazing how they offer that good service with low rates. we are from Ohio, visiting fort bragg. We were there for 12 days and 3 rooms. Manager workout rate for us to 47.00 for 12 days. Very Excellent customer service for budget chain hotel. We will return again and will stay at KNGHTS INN HOTEL.
