I would definately not recommend this hotel. One of our employees went down to Dayton for business. He rented a hotel room from Knights Inn. He woke up with hundreds of bites from FLEAS! He had Fleas in the bed! He complained to the manager and showed him proof (the little critters themselves) and they wouldn't even refund him his money. They did nothing! I am right now in the process of trying to get thru to the corporate headquarters to complain. I just hope they clean up this nasty hotel. I know I will never stay at a Knights Inn and either will my employees.

It was a decent place to stay .the price is the reason we stayed. It exceeded my expectations as far as low priced hotels go.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked.

It was a very pleasant stay, except for the soft mattresses. I would stay there again.

The room had a foul odor, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and it was overall an awful place to consider staying for leisure or pleasure.

Some of the rooms in the 300s looked like families were living there. Rooms looked run down. The first room we were given smelled like urine. The second had a door that could easily be broken into. No batteries in the smoke detector. No TV remote....

Was too close to the area's main drag/was somewhat noisy during peak traffic times.

Extra bolt mechanism besides the regular door lock. No one was getting in my room!
