Horrible
traveling for business
I would definately not recommend this hotel. One of our employees went down to Dayton for business. He rented a hotel room from Knights Inn. He woke up with hundreds of bites from FLEAS! He had Fleas in the bed! He complained to the manager and show

Okay
52 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
It was a decent place to stay .the price is the reason we stayed. It exceeded my expectations as far as low priced hotels go.
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning unit worked.
I am
somewhat likely
to return to the Knights Inn Dayton North.
I
would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room had a foul odor, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and it was overall an awful place to consider staying for leisure or pleasure.

Avoid at all costs

Horrible
Some of the rooms in the 300s looked like families were living there. Rooms looked run down. The first room we were given smelled like urine. The second had a door that could easily be broken into. No batteries in the smoke detector. No TV remote....

Was too close to the area's main drag/was somewhat noisy during peak traffic times.
Extra bolt mechanism besides the regular door lock. No one was getting in my room!
