The clerk at the desk was very arrogant and rude to us when we told him we were not going to stay the 4 nights we had reserved, as the air-conditioner did not work right and we could not get any hot water in the shower. We will never stay at one of these motels again. He said he could not refund us money for the other 3 nights , but, just the last two of them as the computer could not do this refund.
