If you read the other reviews, you can add "dido, dido, dido" with my comments. The room was so dirty, that I always wore something on my feet and I was afraid to open the blinds, because the dust flew when I did. It was advertised as an inn with a

We booked with this hotel for our Vacation and had a horrible experience.
First, the room we have arranged was suudenly "not available" due to drainaage problems.
Next, the room was dirty, unkept, and NOT stocked with any dishes, coffe pot or iron.
the pool had algae and lizards swimming in it.
When the front desk was asked for a coffee pot several times one was brought but, the attentdant was rude and very nasty.
The second day we were there, we and several other guests were locked out of our rooms and the desk attdant was not on the property for several hours!!
Lastly, the hotels rates dropped TWICE in the two days we stayed there..
We booked for 89.00 per night, the hotel was advertising 79.00 then 69.00 per night in the window.
When I asked about this rate, I was told I could not be given the room at that rate. I could not find the Hotel Manager for several hours, while my family and others were LOCKED OUT OF THEIR ROOMS.. Once the hotel manager showed up (6:30 pm) I was told I could check out but, would be charged for the day since it was after 11:00!!
The Manager of this place has a reputation for being rude and nasty. That was my experience.
There are many quality hotels in the Clearwater Beach area..We found one that served us very well on our second day.
I usually only look at a hotel as a place to sleep and hold your things on vacation. This place did not even accomplish that.

We paid $115 for one night and would not recommend to anyone. It needs updating, it was dark and not clean at all. After seeing what they use to clean in the morning I can see why. They have a huge bathtub, but I wouldn't step a foot into it. The air conditioner was broken in our first room, they did move us, but didn't believe it was broken until they came to check it first. They next room was a little cleaner. You can't go to the ocean from here, so you might as well save some money somewhere else.

Not 72 rooms, I think only 10 functional rooms. I stayed 3 times in 2007 & every single time different management & none would know even there room numbers and locations. I walked in 3 times & never a same posted rate on window once even I paid $35 which tells you a complete story of beach property & their ownership. Their GDS, own web site & calling them never match a room rate & when you get there it's allways more. funny thing is when you call in for reservation feels like you calling to a call center in India & same people who took your reservation aren't aware of making your reservation and yet you were allready charged.
Knights Dump is an awful place to even consider. Don't let the bargain price fool you. The Greyhound bus station would be a better and cleaner place to stay the night. They should pay people to stay the night. The smell and the conditions of the ...
I wouldn't give this hotel one star!!! one word sums it up-DUMP!
AC not on when checked in-leaked on the tile floor all night-apparently been going on from mold on the rotted baseboard below that was so decayed you could see...
