It was one of the best experiences ever had at knights inn in the 16 years I've been staying there.
This hotel made me feel important: By addressing by my name and taking to make sure had everything needed.

Very positive experience (but they could use new bed linens)!
This hotel made me feel welcome: Desk staff was accommodating and friendly beyond expectation. Went out of their way to make a fresh pot of coffee for me in the late evening hours.
