40 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Do not stay here!. Easily the worst place i've ever stayed in, and having travelled through Eastern Europe thats a big statement. The locks didn't work, the lights didn't work and you have to pay a $4 deposit for the TV control. Gangs in the parking lot, a very very scary place to stay.
I am not likely
to return to the Knights Inn Birmingham Civic Center/UAB.
I would not recommend it to friends.
Location was in a bad aera of town.

Horrible
Location was in a bad aera of town. Several down-on-luck men hanging around. Not a good place for family, childern or women. No iron or Ironing board. Very small and thin towels.

Horrible
This hotel was old and disguisting. Old stained mattresses, No working shower. beds are hard as rock we asked for our money back to stay somewhere else and they refused.

Horrible
This is the worst hotel I have ever experienced. We got lost after driving 12 hours and called to get directions, no answer. I tried for 30 minutes. We finally stopped at a store and they were able to tell us how to get there. I asked the hotel...
