Despite what others have said, this is a good option for the budget conscious traveler, (and who isn't these days with gas prices cutting a bigger chunk out of the travel budget!) I found the room to be quite acceptable and very reasonably priced. Admittedly there were some problems, but nothing to keep me from coming back. Part of the parking area was blocked off and many of the rooms were closed off due to renovation (a sign of better things to come), and the room I got on the 2nd level was big and roomy with a comfortable queen bed. The TV and shower were good, but I had a non-working light in the bathroom. Towels were of the thin variety, so you might want to bring one of your own. Breakfast was nothing great (but it was there)-- cold cereal, juice, milk, and coffee. Snack machines were cheap (12 oz. Coke cans were 50 cents). I requested a wake up call and got it with no problems. I don't think I could have found anything better without paying nearly double what I did.

We had problems with the reservation and they charged us more than we were told.

My room was average. The shower did not work very well.

They had a very nice staff and the rooms were clean. It's a nice place to stay. Their rates were reasonable.

They double booked our room and then gave us a less than acceptable replacement.
