1. They don't answer the phone.
2. One person works the front desk and everything else.
3. The maid "forgets to put towels in the room."
4. The room came with a "gift" in the toilet.
5. The bed had a clump (like someone cleaned out a hairbrush) of hair in it.
6. The room stunk.
7. The heater smelled like burning tires.
8. The toilet was so loud when you flushed it that you could hear it outside.
9. Our feet were black from the floor.
10. The beds and pillows were flat and lumpy.
11. The bottom of the bathtub was cracked and peeling.
12. The in-room coffee maker took over an hour to brew 2 cups of coffee.
Other than that, I highly recommend it.
