Knights Inn Motel - Page 1

I don't know what hotel the above commentators stayed in, but it wasn't the same one that I did. Nor the same hotel (100 Bristol Ave) that the folks at tripadvisor.com stayed in. Unfortunately I did not discover tripadvisor before using this site as a source of ratings. This set of ratings must be a plant. This place is TERRIBLE. I was more comfortable in lean-to's on camping trips! Why? Let's see... We get there and the desk clerk is slovenly, makes no eye contact and mumbles where our room is. Then the room is freezing cold when we get there. We turn up the heat and go out to eat to let the room warm up. We get back in. The bathroom light is out, so we have to leave the door open. Good thing we did since the toilet paper is on top of the commode (the roller is broken) so we get to twirl it with our fingers like anyone else before or after us. And taking a shower? Hot water please!!!! That's right, no hot water! Want to slip into some sheets... well, they are threadbare. You can read a newspaper through them. The only thing this place didn't have that the last craphole I stayed in had was rodent feces. In that one I had to threaten to call the health authorities to get my money back. In this one I grinned and beared it. But I swore I would warn others. STAY AWAY!!!! Don't believe me, goto Tripadvisor.com and see more reviews for yourself. They are inline with what I experienced.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Friendliness of staff. Good response to questions.
