About the only enjoyable aspect of the Klaus K was the shower. Beyond that, it was a total disaster. If you want to sleep, this is not the place for you.
My room was near their in house night-club that screamed music until 3 am. When I asked them to relocate me they offered to 'turn it down a little.' The beds are hard and uncomfortable and the curtains do not block the ever-glaring lights outside the window. If you plan to work on a laptop, don't count on a comfortable setting. The rooms are designed for style and not comfort.
I read great reviews but the reviewers were clearly enamored by the designer fixtures and lost site of the average travelers desire for a comfortable night of sleep.
There are much better options for the price in Helsinki.
