Horrible
We arrived early and they did let us check in early, We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. The 1st villa we walked into had a roach, on the floor greeting us once we opened the door. We didn't even unpack the car. We then went back to desk where they...

We had a wonderful stay in a South Hampton 3-bedroom condo - very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. The kids 'splash park' pool (free) was great, staff was very nice & accomodating. The only regret I had was we spent too much time offsite, would have had a much more relaxing & fun time if we had just never left the resort.
Only bad part was at checkout when we were charged $64 for a meal from Omaha's (onsite) someone charged to our condo. And we had proof (receipt) we had eaten somewhere else that night. They said tough - dispute it with your credit card company. Wouldn't provide a copy of their receipt for the meal. So I guess the lesson here is if you want to eat free, just charge meals to someone else's room cause apparently they don't verify anything.

The pools and the splash pools.Rooms were dirty and had bugs in the carpet. Condos were not same quality as a hotel. We were disappointed. We were under the impression that it was the hotel. The condo building had no amenities, no restaurants and...

WARNING: Condos & Villas are privately owned, and not all are clean! My 1st room was filthy & smelled musty. They switched me to another room in which a roach ran accross my kids pillow. At 10pm they switched me to a 3rd room where we found two dead roaches. But hey, the 4th room was nice.
WARNING: NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY! The safety bumpers were not on the pool ladder, as a result my son has 6 stiches in his foot. Ruined our vacation. He couldn't walk around the amusement parks, and couldn't go in water. The hotel offered no apology or compensation for the injury or inconviences caused by it. POOR MANAGEMENT!

We have stayed in the condos at Windermere several times. During the last couple of visits there appears to be an overall deterioration in the care of the
exterior facilities. The garbage building near building 4 & 5 is always run over
with raw garbage. The management at the hotel has been advised of the problem but it has never been corrected. I have always enjoyed the Kingston
but will begin looking elsewhaer for a quality vacation condo.
