the motel sits on the side of a mountain and overlooks most all of chat . most of the rooms have refridge and u can park ur car out front in most cases where u can watch your vehicle in case your worried about it getting stolen ! there are alot of security cams on building . however the rooms are more 70 ish like and the air system circulates smoke from other rooms . the bathrooms need to be redone and when u turn the cold water on to make coffe its luke warm water .so bring a britta water pitcher. theres cock roaches .i always travel with a ultrasonic pest control . this isnt the best hotel in chat but will do if u have to work here .

This motel is not the place to stay for any reason. There are roaches in the rooms or at least there were roaches in the first room we were signed into and the water wouldn't turn on in the bathtub so we ask for a refund(sounds like legitimate reasons to me to get a FULL refund). We were denied a refund after the manager was contacted and made fully aware of our situation. We were moved to another room and that room had roaches as well(2 out of 2). Even though the rates may be low($45.00 + tax is what we were charged) it is not worth trying to sleep while thinking that a roach could crawl in the bed at any time. The view is beautiful from there but there are plenty of other places to stay in that area.
