We took two families (5 young kids under 8) to the hotel. The outdoor and indoor pools were nice. There was a nice workout facility to use. There was a sand volleyball court, a basketball court and a playground. The rooms were not spectacular, but they were clean and filled our need for the night stay. We were only .3 mile from Kings Island, so the next morning was a breeze getting over there. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. We found the best prices for this hotel on the internet.

Everyone we came in contact with was so helpful and genuinely pleased to be assisting us. You couldn't ask for a nicer group of people and we really did appreciate them. As for the accomodations, they were very dated and the room really needed repairs. We did see signs of some renovations, we only hope they continue.

We came for Spirit Song. It was a great place to stay for this event. The shuttle was a fabulous plus. And the box lunches offered during this event was a great idea. We had a grand time!!

There were many good things and many not so good things about the Kings Island Resort. Let's start with the bad so it can get better. Our Family Suite did not have a table with chairs only a desk with one chair. We had to put the pull out bed awa

We reserved a room 2 weeks in advance online, a "Family King Pool Building Smoking". When we arrived they gave us "Standard Double (Far from pool!) Nonsmoking", wanted to charge same rate and Staff informed us mistake was made but no other rooms available. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
