Credit card machine not working causing delays. Key card machine not working. Manager had to let us into our room with a key, then we had to wait for a key card. Elderly couple in next room could not get their key card working. No water in swimming pool. Only cold cereal and broken bits of sweet rolls for breakfast, and no where to sit in the tiny room provided. Overpriced compared to several other Best Western inns that provided comfortable rooms, good pools for the grandchildren, good hot breakfasts and friendly service during the same trip.
