The drainage in both bathrooms was a problem. Both of the sinks, the showers, and the commodes drained really, really sloooowly. For instance, taking a shower meant standing in about 3" of water, due to the slow drainage. ...

Horrible
bathroom wasn't clean enough. found a waterbug in the bathroom.underneath the sink too. the floor wasn't wiped down or countertops too. one of the beds were exposed a spring. i wouldn't stay here again.

I agree with another reviewer. This hotel and resort has never failed to satisfy my families expecations. My only regret is that I wish we'd have honeymooned there.

Excellent
The King and Prince is an institution in St. Simons. It sits right on the beach, has incredible rooms, has wonderful restaurants, and a pool right beside the beach. They also do an incredible job for reunions and wedding receptions.
