The room was comfortable and the rate was very fair.

We stayed there for two nights.

It was very quiet and the desk person and service people

were nice and hospitable.

my husband and myself wanted to rent a room for the night

the clerk was very nice (Heather )was her name .

we were chatting with her when the manager ms. Brown came out of her office and started being very rude to Heather yelling things that needed to be done and at the same time ms Brown smalled of Alcohol so bad we had to take a step back from her .

I was so a poled at her behavior and how she treats her staff we will never stay

in that king oscar motel again ,there is no excuse for any boss to be at work DRUNK and i only hope her supervisor is notified of this out rages act and how she treats her employee's . she should be fired for drinking on the Job.

I was very impressed first off with the customer service. The girls that worked the desk were very sweet and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was very accommodating when I needed service later in the day than normal. The price was very reasonable, especially with the coupons you can find. I will 100% for sure be back when I am in Centralia next year!!!

Some people say it's cheap. Hmm, next time I will pay $20 more to get better service, way nicer room, accommodating customer service, clean, not musty smelling room and not to mention comfortable bed. The hotel's motto is "comfort" bologna!!!!! My back is still sore. There are some cheaper hotels that offer more. Read all reviews before you book and if there are any, do not go there. It's not worth it.

When we first arrived, we were very pleased with the room and the rate. We had reserved a Jacuzzi suite room for our anniversary. A few hours later we had a problem with the toilet. I went to the office to get a plunger to try to fix the problem. The office did not have a plunger. I then followed the front desk lady to several different locations to try to find a plunger. There was no plunger anywhere on the site. We were headed out for dinner, movie and drinks at the Olympic Club, She stated the plunger would be at the office when we returned. We returned almost 7 hours later, I went to the office and no plunger. The lady offers a different Jacuzzi suite, I stated that was fine. I get to the new room which is non-smoking and the Jacuzzi tub is half the size as the original room.

We had originally reserved a smoking room and were expected to go outside to smoke. I called the front desk and told the woman that the new room was not acceptable. She just kept saying "We are trying our best to accommodate you". She then asks me to call back in 10 minutes so I could discuss the problem with another staff member that was expected shortly. I am thinking she must be management, she was not management and gave me the following response "We are trying our best to accommodate you". It was like they were programmed to say that!

We then went and purchased a plunger so we could stay in the original room. After we had purchased the plunger at 11:30 pm the front desk informs me that they have finally found a plunger. Later that evening, we finally went to bed. The bed felt like we were sleeping on a piece of plywood with cardboard cushion! We both woke up with our backs so sore we could barely move. When we first checked in, the front desk lady informed us of this really great breakfast that they offer for free in the mornings. We get there and it is set up for the guests to cook their own waffles. We could have done that at home! We checked out and when we get home I call the main office for this location in Lacey and explained my disgust with the Centralia motel. The Lacey lady called Centralia and forced them to refund 1/2 of the room rate for this disaster night. The partial refund made me a little happier about the whole thing but I will probably never go their again in my lifetime! I give this motel a rating of a D-!
