Key West Inn Fairhope - Page 1

This is the most digusting palce I ever stayed. The staff was rude. I complained about all the mexican workers loitering in the parking lot making rude sounds to my daughter. The front desk did not seem to care. Room needs to be deep cleaned and updated.

The hotel had a good location for the price.

The room had a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and an iron. The continental breakfast was adequate. However, the rooms were not cleaned until 3:00 pm, at which time we opted for just a towel exchange. Other than that, I had no complaints. The staff was efficient, but not very friendly.

The room was not cleaned until after three p.m. There were loud parties until well after midnight. The staff was rather rude.
