We reserved under my husbands last name and paid for the room in my last name. This hotel billed us for 2 consecutive nights. Everyone makes mistakes however this was last February and we have called Mike 'long distance' a number of times since and he keeps saying he will look into it. We have not seen a credit on our account yet. We are coming back to the Keys next Feb. Mike, and would appreciate you reimbursing us with a room on Feb 18 or 19th. Your place isn't bad and we don't recall any termites as others have commented however ........to not credit us for your mistake after almost a year of asking you is unacceptable.
