I travel a lot and this was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The manager was EXTREEMLY rude when we checked in, the rooms wern't clean and had roaches in them. And over priced. Dont stay here!

The online pic's are deceiving. The room was not worth $200 a night. Not even $20. Check around and you will find alot nicer for alot less.

We reserved under my husbands last name and paid for the room in my last name. This hotel billed us for 2 consecutive nights. Everyone makes mistakes however this was last February and we have called Mike 'long distance' a number of times since and he keeps saying he will look into it. We have not seen a credit on our account yet. We are coming back to the Keys next Feb. Mike, and would appreciate you reimbursing us with a room on Feb 18 or 19th. Your place isn't bad and we don't recall any termites as others have commented however ........to not credit us for your mistake after almost a year of asking you is unacceptable.

Just read the reviews on this place before you stay is all I can say, check the diff sites you will see what this hotel is all about & its certainly not cust service, if your looking for a dumpy old rundown room why would you pay top dollar for it??? but mainly need an attitude adjustment from the staff very unfriendly & will not assist you with anything you need, this hotel does not know the meaning of the CUST IS ALWAYS RIGHT. mgmnt will try to paint a pretty picture until they get your money & forget about getting a refund, they wrote the book on excuses here. But reviews like this will cost them more than my one nights stay, so did I get my monies worth, Yup you bet.
