Everything was ok except for the food at the hotel. You could get a listing of all restaurants and the prices.

The Sheraton Beach Resort in Key Largo was beautiful due to its natural setting. The wooded land shielding the hotel and beaches from the road is a great touch. The setting really makes you feel like you’re far away from it all, even though "it all" is just right around the corner. The rooms were spacious and decently appointed. The beds were comfortable. I was happy with the staff and the laid back atmosphere. The restaurants served delicious foods in a pleasant atmosphere. All in all, the hotel was wonderful! The peace, quiet, and beauty were very relaxing.

I enjoyed evening relaxation on their pier and beach area. I enjoyed the separation from crowded tourist areas. And I enjoyed the comfort of the room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Because we're in the Starwood Preferred Club, we got an upgrade to an oceanfront room.

We accidentally left some of our clothes there and the housekeeping staff was extremely helpful in finding the clothes and sending them back. A+ to them (although our ac didn't work in the room we were in).

Thank you for blending the resort hotel with the foliage, leaving the trees and the beach in their natural state and shielding it from the main road so it was scenic and quiet.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I had a very nice room or suite, with beautiful linens, great surroundings, and a view of trees and the pool area. The personnel were friendly.

The hotel was dirty, there was no good staff help.
