I stayed there in August of 2006. It’s clean, inexpensive, and easy to get to even if you aren’t traveling by car.
I was there for a short stay and found it by accident, but I was very happy I did. It has a bar to the left of the main entrance and is stocked with most name brand liquors. Free parking is there, also.
The only thing was the elevator was not working and it was three long flights up to my room that seemed like five, only because with all the themed rooms they have the ceilings are probably higher than normal.
The room was clean and the A/C worked, and it worked very fast. If you need a short stay in the Jamaica area, this is your best bet.
