The comfort level at the Kensington Inn is pretty good. The beds are pretty comfortable and the shower pressure is really nice. When I checked in, the staff member that assisted me had a pleasant demeanor. My complaints are that the lighting in the shower room is very dim, the shower head was too low for me (I’m 5’ 8’’) and then the issue of a late check out. I’ve never had this problem before, asking for a late checkout of 1 or 2 pm, but they insisted if I waited that long I would get charged for a whole extra day. Since I am in town only for my mother’s cremation and to support my family as they get through this, I am having difficulty sleeping at night, so I really could have used the late check out.
