I and my family found the hotel nicely laid out, clean and efficiently run. The food was adequate. We were staying on a Bed and Breakfast basis and, I suspect like most, preferred to eat out in the city for main meals.
This hotel, like much of Marrakech, tried to bring tourists and meetings to the the area. The hotel was atrocious, and the charges, would have been left to the superior 5-star hotels. The quality of the rooms, cleanliness, etc... was worse than...
i was staying in this hotel with a team during the world youth championships. i thought the hotel was excellent, and i know that the whole team enjoyed staying there. the hotel was massive with many different facilities, which were really good....

Don't be fooled by the name Kempinski - this does not seem to be part of the worldwide chain any more. If you like broken glass on the restaurant floor, unhelpful staff, not even a hotel directory in the room then this is the place for you. ...
