The Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort sits directly on the Kona Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Part of the seven-story hotel is actually built over tidal pools where Hawaiian green sea turtles glide through the tranquil waters.. Outrigger Keauhou Beach Resort,is one of the newest and finest mid-priced properties on the Big Island. This oceanfront Resort features a day spa, ocean view fitness room, ocean front restaurant and bar, swimming pool and six tennis courts. There are 309 rooms, three of which are Royal Suites, four indoor meeting rooms with 6,300 square feet of space, and three large outdoor function areas.. This is a great hotel for the money. Sure it needs a little work. I left an item in the room, called and the staff mailed it to me the same day. BRAVO! I definitely will go back...
