I liked the decor around the hotel and within the room.

We have stayed at the Marriott Kauai resort for eight years in a row because of the service and the quality rooms.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They called us by name, they seated us at our favorite table which they saved for us each day and they provided professional service.

They have a friendly staff and a great pool. I had a nice room with an excellent view.

The grounds and the hotel are spectacular. Relaxation is easily achieved here.

It's a great location on the beach, close to the airport with a free shuttle and with an ABC Store within walking distance to buy bottled water, etc. The room was beautiful and large with a mini fridge. The pool is spectacular. The front desk person was amazing. She gave us cookies and candy as a gift for our first visit to Kauai and got us a fabulous room upgrade. The buffet was just okay but we got it for a discount but Duke's was great for food and drinks. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We absolutely loved the hotel.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The waitresses circulating around the pool area made me feel very pampered as did the lush surroundings.

The hotel had a beautiful location, a great pool and very good restaurants. It was currently undergoing renovation and there were some parking problems, but very few. The staff was helpful.

I loved the pool area, the location, and some very nice employees we met. I didn't like the spa, it really needs updating and expanding, and there was a front desk employee who just wasn't very pleasant to deal with.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was good, breakfast buffet small but very good. The pool area was gorgeous, my pictures from our stay look like postcards.

This hotel made me feel excited: The view was so beautiful that we woke up every morning eager to start the day.

The hotel is in a great location for golf and food. I loved the wonderful pool and comfortable rooms. There were activities for all ages during the day.

There's always great service at this hotel.

Marriott always provides outstanding accommodations wherever you go.

I was given information about a credit to be used toward food and beverage that I wished to use on this Marriott stay and had verified that with the central reservations before I traveled -- but it was not honored at the front desk. Also, the bed mattress had an odd, moldy, wet odor. We had the sheets and topper replaced by the maid, who said 'All the beds are like this'. But the pool and grounds are gorgeous, and Duke's was fun!

The location is very convenient, with a magnificent beach. The hotel is large, with several excellent restaurants and other eating places close. It is 10 minutes to the Lihue major shopping mall and about 20 minutes from Kapaa, plus some minutes to the South Shore.

This is a great hotel for families. There is a huge pool with lots of children around all day.

Everything was more than I expected. I did not like the fact that parking was so far away from the resort.

This is a nice hotel with many shops. The restaurant overlooks a great beach and pool. It's great for golfers -- there's a wonderful course next to the hotel. Hotel is not close to other restaurants or activities so you will need to rent car -- public transportation is minimal.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: It's very luxurious in the lobby and all waiting areas. The shops are also very upscale.
