We had a very good time. The expectations were high with the price, but the room was clean if a little on the small side, but the atmosphere was great. The staff was very accommodating and overall it was an enjoyable stay. I would gladly stay there...

Likes: Good location, friendly staff and clean rooms with quality amenities and a comfy bed.
Dislikes: For this price it's outrageous that they charge for wi-fi. Friends staying in another hotel a block away have equal amenities for a similar...

Check in was done quickly, even with a large group of people arriving in a short time. The beds and the bedding were excellent. I was disappointed that only one of two restaurants was open with a large conference centered there. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.
I was checked in quickly. When I asked for information, it was given quickly and correctly. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff.
I am very likely
to return to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was ok. The service was above average. I would stay there again. It was very good value, it had excellent room service that was always on time. The concierge helped me with a reservation at the upscale restaurant in downtown. I expected good service at the Marriott hotel and I got better.
The hotel security was good and I got good advice from the concierge.
I am very likely
to return to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in the heart of downtown Kansas City which is good if you are doing things at the convention center, but bad for anything else as most activities occur outside the downtown area. But the hotel is well kept up, clean and modern.
I am very likely
to return to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff and the room were wonderful. On reservation I requested a room near the elevator for health reasons. The room was as far as possible from the elevator and the staff was uncooperative about changing. My stay was not as enjoyable as it could have been, as I stayed in my room unless needed for meetings.
I am not likely
to return to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown.
I might recommend it to friends.
