My family of 4 stayed the weekend and absolutely Loved this hotel!

Comfortable beds, staff that went above and beyond, clean and well appointed rooms.

Included breakfast buffet was just right, made to order waffles and omelets included with the room price. Restaurants and shopping around the corner.

Across the street was a lovely park with people taking wedding photos by a spectacular fountain.

Excellent choice for a weekend getaway!

The staff at this hotel really made my family feel welcome. The front desk staff were eager to help us find stuff to do around town for our kids, and they were extremely kind and sincere. The hotel itself could use a little updating, but the way the staff treated us more than made up for it.

The lobby has free Wi-Fi and is very pretty. The workers are great and so is the shuttle service. However, the rooms are old and need renovating: rust on parts, tiles and bathtubs cracking. I expect a speedy and hot shower, but it takes over five minutes for the water to warm up. No free internet in the rooms (what century are they in?), the cleaning could be better, and the water should be harder (it feels like there is soap left on you after you clean!)

A friend found old seafood rotting in their dresser, and they didn't even comp the room for one night! (they took off about half the night, and that is all). I would not come back.

Free drinks at happy hour, great rooms with lots of room. The front desk is always helpful and the shuttle service is super. They have taken us to eating places (and picked us up) in the rain and in the snow. We have stayed there 4 times, and learned that if you have an 11-12 level room, be prepared to not have a hot shower in the morning. Other than that it is a great place to relax and unwind.

I loved the hotel and the beds. The cleaning service did not go behind the chairs where there were sugar packets that had been left.

Everything was fine, but I will not be staying there anymore as they have prohibited smoking.

The staff was extremely helpful and I was given a good room.

It was a nice hotel with a very polite staff. My advice is to get a high floor room to avoid the noise from the ventilation fans on the west side of the building. It is a moderately long walk to the Country Club Plaza. The hotel has a free shuttle bus.

There were no pancakes on the buffet and I would have liked a drink that was not eight dollars.

The location was perfect, near shops and museums. The staff was very helpful in giving directions. The room was large, comfortable and clean.

The staff was great since they were accommodating a group from all over the country, attending a Bar Mitzvah. Our son made a good choice, since some of us were handicapped and the hotel gave special treatment to those who needed it.
