37 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
DISAPPOINTING. Our room was not well equipped, and the utensils that were provided were ... well, lets just say we bought plastic ones because we didn't want to use them.
Construction that is occurring behind the condo units is extremely loud, and it would have been appropriate to notify us of this prior to our stay. We came to Maui to get away -- not to hear construction all morning and all day long.
The top floors have a nice view, but if you don't get a nice unit, you're overpaying. (And how do you know which is which until you get there?).

We found our room to be poorly equipped. One of our party's kitchen didn't even have a cookie sheet! The bed in our room was like sleeping on a box spring. Horribly uncomfortable! Unable to relax in room between 7am - 4 pm due to constant construction noise from the developing property north of this complex. Will never stay here again!

Each unit is furnished differently, but the quality varies. Full ocean views are only from the 4th floor and above. It's only 250 feet to a great beach; shopping & good restaurants are within easy walking distance; and there's a public bus stop very nearby. The KBR is one lot off Kihei Road, which buffers traffic noise & exhaust.

to return to the Kamaole Beach Royale Resort.

would definitely recommend it to
friends.
