Loved oceanfront room. Would have been our new found favorite lodging until we were hit by the smell of sewage in our shower. Were told the problem was caused by the city, but have NEVER had that issue with any other Maui hotel. Disappointed.

They treated their guests like family and it was wonderful. I loved the flowers and the treats in the rooms each night and I truly enjoyed the show every evening.

This hotel made me feel respected: I always felt like I had everything I needed.

The location was excellent. I did not need to rent a car. The local bus service took us anywhere that we wanted to go. The fare was one dollar. The hotel staff was super helpful in all areas.

The hotel had a very friendly staff. It was a great value for returning guests and the staff remembered me from my previous visit a year before. There were lots of activities for kids and the atmosphere tried to be of a more traditional Hawaiian hospitality.

I reserved an ocean front room, but they had overbooked so for the first night we were in a garden view room. It’s a great location, with very reasonable rates and a beautiful garden area to sit and relax in.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They had a hula show nightly in the Tiki garden.
