Felt like myself and my wife were vip's.
This hotel made me feel welcome: Met at the door with a smile and thanked for coming to the hotel, shown to the suite with great enthusm, told where the major things were at the hotel, and given a name to talk to at the front desk if there were a problem.

Had reservations at a different resort, they had no room for us so they sent us embassy suites. Had a wonderful room, excellent maid service. They turned our vacation from a disaster to a pleasant experience.
This hotel made me feel secure: They had plenty of staff at the hotel entry points. Appreciated the wall safe.

Poor facilities for the location -- kaanapali beach -- less attractive beach, pools, than other hotels in the area.
