Our stay this March was marred by a FLEA INFESTATION in our room. We found several rather large fleas crawling on us as we sat on the furniture and they were also found on the drapes. We brought the problem to the attention of the front desk and w
We have vacationed here four times in five years. This is an awesome place - great views - watch whales right from your balcony! Unmatched breakfast buffet for a reasonable price. Watch more whales at breakfast! Accommodations are comfortable and

EVERY suite in the resort has a SAFE, which any traveller knows, is where you put your valuables! Why would anyone leave $400+ cash lying around in ANY hotel room?
The resort is beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and bend over backwards to make your stay enjoyable. We have stayed here many times.

The first day of my stay I had $440 dollars in cash STOLEN from my room. The security and hotel staff were extremely rude and not helpful in any way. When I submitted a claim to the loss prevention department, they took over a month to respond and simply said, sorry we cant help you. I will never, ever stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else!!!

I recenlty stayed at the Kaanapali Beach Club with my family. The accomodations were very nice. We had an ocean view 1 bedroom suite. The rooms are large with a kitchenette and family room. The bathroom is very roomy with a two sinks and ceramic throughout. The huge swimming pool and surrounding landscape with Koi ponds throughout set the mood for relaxation. The service and staff were friendly and accomodating. Would love to see an ugrade to furnishings, although some of the suites were very well appointed. The location was close to Lahaina and Kaanapali shores, and plently of snorkeling. Needless to say we loved it, as we ended up purchasing a timeshare!

Awesome breakfast buffet, the rooms are large and very accomodating. We have stayed two years in a row and made sure we get to go back. The pool and hottub is nice but would be better to see the ocean from the hottub. Don't miss out on the scuba lessons great way to see hawaii.

We just spent a week here. The hotel was great in every way. Only two negatives: the $12 a day parking fee, but it was in an underground garage which meant that we didn't have to look at an ugly parking lot. Also, the beach directly in front of the hotel is slightly rocky.
