The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. My room did not get cellular service, so I asked for another. I was then informed that the entire hotel lacks reception, and I would have to stand in front of the hotel to talk. After staying there for one night, I ended up with bites all over my legs. Something - spiders, bed bugs, does it really matter? - was living in the bed. I checked out first thing in the morning and immediately washed all my clothes twice.

The location, the comfort and the service were fine. The remote control to the television did not work. This was not a huge issue for me as I was out of the room most of the time. I really liked this hotel because it was not as big as some of the others in the area. It was more personal and conveniently situated. The people at the service desk were extremely nice. They did not have a restaurant, but they did serve breakfast and had tea time in the afternoon. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to others.

It was a lovely European style hotel with comfortable beds, small but well designed rooms and an excellent staff. It also had a convenient location with access to a nearby business center. It was an excellent location for business travel.

It was low-cost, no frills, and a nice place convenient to my meetings.
