The Essex House overlooks Central Park and is in a good location for all the attractions. The rooms and suite are elegantly deocrated and comfortable with some excellent views from the higher suites. The restaurant here recently won an award, and the food is delicious. But if you prefer something less formal there's alos a hotel cafe which has views of Central Park. There's a nice spa and fitness center as well as a business center. The staff here are friendly and helpful.
