50 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel is more Americanized than European, but a good place to sleep and clean up. As normal in my findings this hotel has no a/c for summer tourists, so I recommend staying here in the Spring as opposed to summer. There is a regular shuttle bus that runs to downtown Rome and the tourist district. Shuttles were on time and comfortable. The dining was not a very good experience. Food was limited in variety and service very slow. Foods that I sampled tasted more American cafeteria style.
Was given room #221 on 10/3/2007, the carpet looked like it had been in a barnyard, all the table tops were dirty with glass rings on them, the bathroom countertop had dirty black glass rings on it, the bath countertop at the back of the sink rim...
