The AC was broken so the room was VERY hot during the day. The staff was friendly. The upper floors are reserved for the people who LIVE THERE! I thought that was kind of cool. Make SURE you ask for one of the remodeled rooms. The bathrooms are nice for the price. Watch out for Manny, the good lookin' doorman!
