Our room was large and comfortable and the mattress on the bed was wonderful. Having breakfast in our room and in the courtyard was a great way to start the day. The service was attentive and friendly. We will definitely return.

This is an absolutely beautiful inn! The suite was huge, with beautiful, wood, sliding pocket doors that seperated the two rooms. I would highly recommend The Rutledge House Inn. The staff was extremely friendly, accomodating, and beyond helpful!...
pros: location, quality of accomodats, romanticweve stayed at several b+b's across the country, and this was one of the better ones. rooms/suites are large and well appointed. very convenient to downtown. ballroom upstairs with tea and cocktails...

All Review Photos The outside of the house is beautiful with its porches and ironwork and spiral stairs. The rooms are amazing - high ceilings, ornate crown moldings, marble tile, canopy beds, brass fixtures, and working gas fireplaces that crackle....
