John Ascuaga's Nugget Resort Casino Hotel - Page 3

We use the Golden Nugget hotel as our base while visiting Reno whenever they have rooms available. It is close to the activities we are there for and it has a great selection of food and entertainment in-house.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Headline entertainment is available onsite nightly. There is an annual rib cook-off that we attend each year. The Hot August Nights car event is within walking distance and it is held each year.

It was rather overpriced. Rates at hotels in Reno/Sparks have gone up considerably in the last few years. The hotel itself was great; it had good service.

They offer excellent service and value. They have a top-notch staff. Any potential problems were addressed by management before they became actual problems. It is a first rate hotel, as expected. Bravo!

It is a very nice facility. I had a top-notch room, the food was excellent, the spa and the pool were wonderful.

This hotel made me feel content: It is easy to visit the hotel.

The cost was okay, the budget part of the hotel was definitely budget. It was impossible to get extra towels!

I was there for a Cattlemen's Convention. The hotel essentially does not offer online connections in the rooms like most $30/night motels do. We were in the West Tower facing North. I would have preferred the East Tower facing South.
