It was easy to get to. It had very comfortable rooms. The service and the food in the restaurants were very good. I was pleased with the stay.

The bed was so hard I could not fall asleep. I awoke every twenty minutes thereafter for three hours until I finally gave up sleeping. The third night in the hotel I slept on the love seat in the room because it was more comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful except for a desk clerk in the afternoon. I went to her because I had been given a smoking room the night before and I was hoping to switch because I had requested a non smoking room when I made my reservations. She was curt and unhelpful. A waitress in their cafe was sweet and friendly making my dinner enjoyable. Another wait staff taught me the rules of the game craps as I watched others play. Their rooms were spacious and their whirlpool tub was fabulous. I only wished their bed had been comfortable. Three days with very little sleep is very hard to function on when you are on a business trip.

It had clean rooms and a friendly staff. The restaurants did not have prices posted. The local calls were one dollar a piece and they could only be made if the credit card was on file.

The hotel rooms are very large and clean, however local calls cost one dollar each and they can not be made unless they have a credit card on file. The hotel restaurants are very expensive and the prices are not clearly identified at the entrances.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The room was very clean and nice. The employees for the most part were very helpful. Most of the needed amenities were made available.

The location was far away from everything so it didn't make sense to leave. The room was huge for the price. The staff was very friendly.

I was there for a convention and a contest. There were no problems, the details were handled quickly and efficiently. They offered quality service and facilities.

This hotel was easy to find, and they have free valet parking, so nice! The rooms were great, my friend had a Jacuzzi tub in hers! The pool and spa were really nice, they were indoors with tons of open area and glass ceilings! The "help yourself" Bloody Mary Bar was a great morning treat, right across from the Starbuck's inside the hotel!

It's in a great location, I received fantastic treatment, and I felt like a king! The staff is well trained and they will go out of their way to assist you. I will definitely stay there again when the opportunity arises.

I find it to best suit my needs in the Reno area.

The hotel restaurants were excellent and the service was outstanding. Both the floor and the bar staff were polite, timely and professional.

I enjoyed my stay at the Golden Nugget hotel and I will stay there again in the future.

I like the location and I had been at the same hotel years before. The many choices of restaurants are a definite plus. The service people are very friendly.
