Properties range from 1200 to 1600 square feet. Covered parking space will keep you cool and dry for easy loading and unloading. The building is conveniently located across the street from the beach and boardwalk; a mere 200 feet to the sugar sand beaches of Biloxi. East side condos offer excellent sunrises, cool afternoon shade and the night lights from downtown Biloxi while the West units offer great sunset scenery. Property features a heated, outdoor swimming pool.
