I really enjoyed my stay at the Ala Moana Hotel. The entire hotel at the Ala Moana was recently renovated and the room looked brand new. I liked the fact that the hotel was located next door to the Ala Moana Shopping Center, which our dining options very easy every day. The beach is just down the street and I went every morning. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Hawaii! You'll love it!

I'm not sure why these other reviews say there is no high speed wireless because we had it in our room. Maybe it was recently installed?
We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It's newly remodeled with all the bells and whistles. Beautiful rooms, great pool deck + poolside bar, excercise room, amenities, and restaurants.
My only complaint is the parking which ran $15/day. Other than that, we loved the location - walking distance to Waikiki beach, the Ala Moana mall, and convention center. Great value, would recommend.

I had a three week stay here for a business trip. It's newly remodeled, has good service, and the rooms are very nice with comfortable beds. However, be aware that there is no in-room wireless internet service, only dial up, and at 75 cents for local calls. Also, parking is a steep $15 a day.

They have very nice hotel rooms, they’re a little small for the price, and no wireless internet is available, just dial-up. It’s right next to the Alo Moana Mall which has great eating establishments at reasonable prices. I loved the balcony to relax and read a book.
