KING SIZE ROOM This two room area with a private bathroom has a King size bed in one bedroom and a full size bed in another bedroom. It also has a 36" Sony TV and Comcast Cable with all the premium channels at no extra charge! Additionally available in this room are free usage of a computer and printer with high speed Internet, microwave, stocked refrigerator, coffee maker, free phone and a large dresser. The bedroom with the full size bed also has a TV too and can sleep 2 additional persons. This King size room is the only room on the first floor. This is truly the perfect family room!!! Accommodation type: Family Room. This Family Room has a private bath with a shower. This Family Room contains 1 King bed & 1 full bed. Maximum occupancy for this Room is 4. TWO BED ROOM This bedroom has a Queen size bed & a single bed. It also has a 32" Sony TV and Comcast Cable with all the premium channels at no extra charge! Free usage of a computer and printer with high speed Internet, microwave, stocked refrigerator, coffee maker, free phone and a large dresser are in this room too. The bathroom is a private bathroom. This room is on the top floor and the room sleeps 3 persons comfortably. Accommodation type: Room. This room contains 1 Queen bed & 1 Single bed. Maximum occupancy for this room is 3. SUITE This is two rooms. One room is the bedroom with a King size bed and the other room is a Living room. It also has a 32" Sony TV and Comcast Cable with all the premium channels at no extra charge! Free use of a computer and printer with high speed Internet, Italian sofa, glass coffee table, microwave, a stocked Refrigerator, coffee maker, free phone & large dresser are in this room also. The bathroom is a private bathroom. This room is on the top floor. The living room has a couch and also a Futon that converts to a full size bed as well as a second TV. The Suite also has a balcony with a magnificent view of NYC. (just open the door!!!) Accommodation type: Suite. This Suite contains 1 King bed & 1 Full bed. Maximum occupancy for this Suite is 4. We have a nicely furnished 5 bedroom home on three floors. We recently added a bathroom, so now all of our rooms now have their own bathroom too!!! The top floor has two guest bedrooms and also a living room and two bathrooms. All rooms have a computer and Printer that have FREE high speed Internet access and a TV. All bedrooms and the living room on this top floor have their own TVs. Please remember that every bedroom in our B and B has a Computer and a Printer with High Speed Internet Access and 25 other free Amenities!! The Two bed room has a Queen size bed and a single bed. The Suite has a King size bed in the bedroom a a full size Futon in the living room that converts to a bed. The second floor has a dining room, kitchen, two extra rooms and two more televisions too. The first floor has our third guest bed room which is actually two rooms in one! It has a bedroom and a private bathroom and it also has a Star Wars Pinball Machine (the first holographic pinball ever) and a 21 in One full size Arcade Video Game. The first floor is about 700 square feet. There is also a 36" Sony TV in the bedroom on this first or bottom floor, and a smaller Flat Screen TV in the second adjoining room. If they wish to, all guests may use the Pinball and FREE STANDING Video Game which include such classics as Space Invaders, Qix, Archanoid, and my favorite, Zookeeper! (-: On this first floor there is also a computer that has high speed Internet for free usage too. This computrer is one month old and has the new VISTA software! Also available to all guests who stay on the first floor is our backyard that has a gazebo included! There is also a magnificent king size bed in the first floor bedroom with a full size bed in the adjoining room. There are ten phones in the house so each guest will have their own phone as well as their own TV of course. This first floor room also has a CD player also and lots of movies to choose from also! We have Comcast's best Premium Package so our cable TV in all rooms has just about every movie channel that Comcast offers. (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, The Movie Channel, Encore, Stars, etc.) We also have ON DEMAND so that means that everyone can choose from over 1000 movies on all our premium channels at no extra charge!!!

As I just mentioned above, besides these 8 nights this month all the rest of our three rooms have already been reserved the other 22 nights of April!In May we currently have availability in our King Size room on May 7 and again on May 24, 25, 26, and 27. We also have our Suite available on May 19, 20, & 21. Our Two bed room is still also available in May on May 12, 13, and 14 as well as on May 26 and May 27.
