Excellent
Upon arrival, everything was good to go. The hotel was kid friendly by providing for us a baby bed for our 1 yr old son who had his birthday on Saturday during the visit. The staff was real courteous by providing fresh towels, etc and also promptly...
What did I hate? Sounds trite, but the dang remote didn't work. Called the front desk the first night I was there to report the problem and the desk clerk offered me batteries. Explained to her that I was relatively sure the problem was not batteries as a red light would come on whenever I pressed the "on" button. She quickly acknowledged that the problem was a programming problem and that the "engineer" would be at work at 8:30 sharp the next morning. Called at 7:30 to remind the new worker that my remote didn't work. She offered me batteries, even insisted on bringing batteries to my room...wrong size, but it didn't matter, the problem was programming and she, too, recognized that the problem was a programming error. Assured me that the "engineer" would be in at 8:30 and that he would program my remote. Left for the day. Returned at 6 p.m. Guess what? The remote didn't work! Called the front desk. Talked to the same person as the night before, but we had to go through the battery dance. Are you seeing a pattern here? She assured me that the "engineer" would be in at 8:30 the next morning. Didn't matter. My weekend was over and I would be on the road to home by 10 the next morning. Oh, and I asked to speak with the manager. Out until, yep, you guessed it, 8:30 the next morning. I'm home now. Got my own remote, but I'll pass on Jameson the next time I travel...which will be in two weeks. If they'll give a customer the run-round on a TV remote control, what are we getting the run-a-round on that we don't know about.
39 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I thought the room was very nice. The entire hotel needs new carpeting. This is all it would take to update the look. The nightshift front desk employees are lazy. We reported the back door entrance was not lock a couple of times and no one did anything to assure our safety. The first time we reported it it was around 9:00 pm on 4-23-08. The girl at the front desk said she was alone but would look into it when the next girl arrived around 11;00 pm. I checked back with the next employee she had no idea what i was talking about. The next morning I reported it again to a third different person at the front desk she said they had worked on it the day before. I explained to her it is still not working. The safety of hotel personnell as well as customers needs to be a priority expecially since 911. The two employees I spoke with on second and third shift seemed to not care. The dayshift employee seemed a little concerned but I don't know if anything was done about it.

Big and spacious for kids, and enough room to be away from the kids in the same room. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff was really nice and sweet. I plan on going back.....everytime we go to AR for the doctor's visits.
I would highly reccomend this hotel.

Mediocre
Our daughter is getting married in Little Rock and we stayed here to check out this hotel for a possible stay for our guests. Possibly 20 rooms. We would not recommend this hotel for any event where you may be the host.

Good
Let me start by saying I'm very picky about hotels. I loooved this hotel! I have stayed at many hotels across the country, ranging from $30-$200, and felt this was a great deal for the rate I got on my King Suite. The hotel and rooms were very...
