The manager she was very rude! I think she gives very poor customer service.

I paid for a room an she accused me of not paying and I did she just didn't teach her 3rd shift lady how to check people in correctly. I have never experienced anything like it!

After Orbitz totally botched up our reservations for our team at Jameson, our team was left with no accommodations. Jameson was sold out as was most local hotels. Jameson put us up in another local hotel and although not nearly as enjoyable, at least we had a place to sleep. Jameson paid the lodging cost at the other establishment for us.

My recent stay at your hotel was very disappointing. My only expectation was a clean room with the usual amenities. The first room I was offered had a broken desk (taped together), a rip in the carpet, dusty fixtures in the bathroom, gnats, and stained floors.

I promptly returned to the front desk and asked for another room. The desk clerk offered me another room and assured me that it was "one of their best". It seemed odd to me that the clerk knew there was a difference between rooms of the same level, but it made me feel that they offered me one of the worst rooms, hoping I would accept it without complaint.

The next room was slightly better, but it was definitely economy hotel grade. The chrome cover for the Kleenexes on the wall was covered in rust. I need to return to Peoria in August and will definitely use another hotel. The lobby and exterior of your hotel are in very nice shape. Too bad the inside isn't as nice as the outside.

It’s easy to find and has great parking. I liked the promptness of the check-in.

The location is convenient. We had problems with the billing. My card was swiped but the room charge was left on my co-workers card who made the reservations for two rooms. It’s a good thing we are friends!

It worked for what I needed. It was comfortable, quiet, with easy access to where I was going the next day.
