Horrible
We stayed at the Jameson Inn Lafayette and requested a non-smoking room. When we checked into it, the room was reeked of cigarettes and when we complained to the management, they told us that they were low on smoking room so they let smokers use...

Horrible
This is absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, period, without exception. When I checked in there were no towels. I complained about the people above me at 2:00 a.m. that were running around the room all night - nothing was done....

While traveling I stopped at the Jameson Inn, the service was not great. They only had one person at the desk during breakfast and she looked overwhelmed because she had to do both, so I don't blame her for the slow service.

The desk clerk handled everything for me and my family. I also worked for a Jameson Inn in Sylacauga Alabama, so I got a discount to stay. The people was very nice and very helpful. However, there was a guest smoking in a non-smoking room and set off the alarm.
