The James Bay Inn is a historic, traditional hotel, which has been called one of Victoria's best kept secrets. This inn was beautifully built in 1911, and remains the oldest hotel in Victoria. Although it has been recently renovated, the James Bay Inn retains the character and charm that Victoria is known for. The inn is close to all downtown attractions, and an easy walk to the beach and Beacon Hill Park. Besides offering some of the best rates in town, the inn offers free parking. The inn is also well known for its restaurant and its lounge. The guest accommodations are clean and quiet, with a traditional décor. Okay
This is a basic older hotel with an unbeatable location near to the Inner Harbour in Victoria. Free parking, not that you will need a car if you stay here. Good for people looking for value without going the Holiday-Inn-Express-by-the-freeway route.
