All I can say is wow! The pools were phenomenal, the room was beautiful, and the restaurant was tasty. I didn't get a chance to take advantage of the spa, but I'm sure that would have been a great experience. Also, the view of the city lights from...

67 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This was the first time we stayed at Starr Pass. It is a lovely hotel with a beautiful view. However, we often stay in hotels and even though our room was very nice and service very good, we felt that we have had better value elsewhere. We felt that conferences were catered to and families were the secondary reason for the hotel. The layout was confusing and restaurants certainly weren't family friendly. They were too expensive for people not on an expense account.

Everything! Beautiful, fun, relaxing. Loved the pools, lazy river, slides, views. The only thing I disliked was the self parking situation. It was not easily accessible - far walk-not enough spaces.“I live in Tucson and the resort is in Tucson....

48 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
In the past this hotel was exceptionally clean, bright, with good food. In June of this year, the carpet in our room was very dirty and there was a foul odor coming from the pipes in the bathroom. The hotel overall seemed to not be as clean. The Shuttle bus was broken down for several hours at a time so several times, we walked to and from the parking lot for our car. On check-in, the hotel was busy with filming a movie and did not have our reservations. We were sent packing only to find out later that we definitely had reservations and checked in again. What a hassle! The only good thing was the new lazy river added around the pool.
