It's beautiful, and well-maintained. They are lacking service and response to small problems.

They charge first rate prices but I have had better overall experiences at Residence Inns. I paid $200 a night, it was worth maybe $120 in Orlando. All the extras were available but expensive. A poolside drink was $11. They charge additional for everything, including internet and parking. The room service was very expensive. They failed to let my wife into my room prior to a banquet, even though I had her name on the room upon check in. They made her change into her evening gown in the lobby bathroom. They offered a weak apology.

The next day they changed our card key on us and locked us out of the room while we were at the pool. It took 45 minutes of complaining to get back in. Again, another weak apology. They had dirty towels.

All of this is fine for a normal hotel, but not acceptable at a self-described luxury hotel. If you have lots money to spend, try another place.

It was a very pleasant stay. They had good food and a great location near Disney, easy for tourists to get around.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: They were polite from the front desk to the maids. They made me feel very welcome.

The JW Marriott hotel was nearly perfect. I have no bad things to say about the hotel, the staff, or any part of my stay.

It's a beautiful hotel and property. The cleaning of the rooms was lacking. One bed hadn't been changed from the previous occupant, or one of the cleaning staff was playing jokes, as a small rubber snake was on the bed and rubber fishing lure snakes were hanging from the bathroom light fixture. The management really didn't seem to know what to do about this.

I've stayed the JW Marriott in Orlando a few times now and every time I've had a good experience. I wish the gift shop was open for more hours so that the sundries they sell were more available.

The staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable and very pleasing to the eye. All my needs were met or exceeded.

The food was excellent, the pool was great and I saw fireworks at night on Labor Day. I would definitely return.

The location is more remote than I would prefer. It is very inconvenient and expensive to get around if you don't have a car. The pool, lazy river, is fantastic. The Kobe beef burgers are the best in the world. The feather beds are very comfortable, but too hot.

It's very convenient to Sea World. It was easy to use bus transportation to sights, restaurants, and shopping for miles around. It was much more economical than a cab. It has excellent pools.
