This hotel is always clean, neat and extravagant looking. I am always pleased with the service of the staff and the presentation of all of the rooms. The restaurants are wonderful and the food is outstanding. I have only good things to say about this hotel.
This hotel made me feel excited: I have stayed at many Marriott hotels. All of them are beautiful and all of the staff are always very friendly. There is no better hotel to stay at in my opinion. I have stayed at the Marriott in Hawaii and Spain.

Marriott hotels personnel are extremely pleasant and accommodating, would recommend them to all.
This hotel made me feel entertained: I was an employee of Marriott for 28 years and upon retiring received their quarter century card, which entitles me to stay in any Marriott the rest of my life free of charge, and they are always very considerate, and pleasant.

The one improvement would have been a refrigerator rather than a "cooler." The front desk staff were sometimes rather aloof. The reservation staff, housekeeping staff. And room service staff went above and beyond to make my stay as perfect as possible.
This hotel made me feel elegant: The JW Marriott has wonderful furniture/furnishings (the bathrooms are fantastic!). The view from the room was wonderful. The lobby/casino is much nicer than many other hotels in Las Vegas.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Front desk was friendly, they had knowledge of things in Hawaii. Bellmen and car valet were friendly and efficient. The shuttle bus driver was friendly and went out of his way to help. Just a very friendly comfortable atmosphere.
