23 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

The location is off the Strip, ideal for families and couples, but not ideal for partiers. The hotel was great. My boyfriend and I were even surprised with a room upgrade to a suite, which was amazing. We were treated very well by the staff. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other tourists.

This hotel made me feel content: We were extremely excited and content with the hotel in general and our accommodations. We actually only paid ninety nine dollars for the entire trip, the other nights were complimentary with Marriott points as there were some spa treatments and meals. We were even upgraded to a huge one bedroom suite and we were treated very well by the staff.

I am very likely to return to the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to the needs of the guests. Everyone on the staff, from the registration agents to the maintenance staff, made the hotel guests feel comfortable and appreciated.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The registration agent informed me that I was eligible for an upgrade as I was a member of Marriott rewards program. This was a pleasant surprise. During my stay there, all the staff members that I came into contact with were very attentive to my needs and they made me feel as though they really appreciated my business.

I am very likely to return to the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I loved staying at the JW Marriott hotel. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathrooms were awesome.

This hotel made me feel important: They made me feel important with the luxury of the rooms and the size of the bathrooms. They really thought of everything and they treated guest with respect.

I am very likely to return to the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.

The room we checked into had graffiti on the wall. The in-room dining book, had scribbles all over it, some pages I was unable to read. The movie channel only worked for part of our stay. The shower would only allow a rain drip, versus traditional. Last night the hallway of our room had a dirty diaper smell to it, and I heard a baby crying in the next room. Not one accommodation was offered for our inconvenience. No thanks, I will stay on the strip next time, their rooms are clean.

It was overpriced but very comfortable and modern. It was quiet and had a park like setting. It is a long way from the Strip.

I would not recommend it to friends.

It was a great one stop place. It had places to dine, a casino, a pool, and shopping.

I love Marriott and always try to stay in one whenever I can. Marriott's reputation for being the world's hospitality leader pushes them on to maintain that level and I rest in their success.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: It's a Marriott, how else could you feel.

I love this hotel I stay there at least two or three times a year. It is nine miles off the Strip but the area has really built up with restaurants, shopping and casinos plus it has its own small casino. I love the pool. The architecture in the room is incredible. There is only one thing we don't like. The room has mini refrigerators that don't really work so they call them coolers. That doesn't make sense to me. They should just fix them so they keep stuff cold. What good is a cooler? Other than that and needing brighter lights in the rooms the place is perfect.

This hotel made me feel respected: They do anything to make you comfortable they open your doors they grab your bags and carry them. They are polite.

I am very likely to return to the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I love those pillows. I will pay more for a room if I can have Marriott pillows.

The JW was good, but I don't think I'll be going back. If I went back to Las Vegas, I would want to stay on the strip, and going back to the JW would be sad and a bit depressing.

I would have been 100% pleased with the hotel if there were free internet. But sadly, there wasn't.

I am not likely to return to the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.
I might recommend it to friends.

I think it is a great hotel for people wanting to visit Las Vegas but be off the Strip. They have excellent service and it's a beautiful place, just twenty minutes away from the Strip in Las Vegas.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The girl in the front desk was absolutely pleasant with me and she tried to get me a room very fast. Despite my assigned room was in other building which was far, she gave a room closer so I could relax right away.

I am very likely to return to the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spa.
